- Smoking, Littering or consuming any kind of intoxicants inside the Taxi is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Carrying Explosives, Inflammables, Guns, Arms or Fire arms, Fireworks Fuels (including cooking fuels and any flammable liquid fuel) is PROHIBITED IN TaxiGo Cabs.
- TaxiGo has the right to refuse pick-up or ask the customer to leave the cab if found breaking any Police or Government rules.
- The customer shall pay the taxi fare as agreed prior to the booking.
- Customer shall pay parking charges, toll, night charge and any fee payable imposed by the law or Local Authority.
- TaxiGo insists all its customers to take full responsibility of Goods or valuable items and in case of lost items, TaxiGo is not responsible for the same.
- Taxi Go reserves the right to change, cancel and modify the terms and conditions, including discontinuation of the services itself, without any prior notice.
- The Company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by the Customer as a result of any accidents , force majeure events, DELAY DUE TO traffic congestion, bad weather, strikes and demonstrations; computer failure of telecommunications networks preventing access to online services.
